We want to be the first choice for buyers and sellers of unique quality furniture and accessories.

What We Do: Our consignors have beautiful pieces of furniture, rugs, and other items that just don't fit in their new home, lifestyle, or taste. FCG helps our consignors to show their quality pieces to eager buyers.  Equally important, FCG is an exciting place where people love to visit and see the great variety of unique pieces at fair market prices.  It's like being invited to a private home and having the first opportunity to purchase the best furnishings.

FCG has been in business since 1992 and has enjoyed significant growth over the last 14 years.  FCG has built a customer following that spans all of New England.  We have customers who stop in every Friday on their weekly journey from their suburban Boston homes to their summer residence on Cape Cod to folks who make a day trip from Connecticut and even New York.  Our loyal customers amaze those of us who put the work into making our showroom a weekly work of art.  In October of 2005, FCG changed hands and is now run by a dynamic young couple Jay and Diana Frucci. Under their new leadership FCG continues to grow and add new services while remaining faithful to FCG’s consignment roots.

Diana Frucci: Diana is an active member of the American Society of Interior Design (ASID) and has passed the NCIDQ exam.  Diana is a graduate of the University of Kentucky’s  five-year accredited Interior Design degree program.  She was schooled by one of the top Interior Designers in the state of Kentucky before venturing to Atlanta where she worked for Mathews Furniture, a high-end furniture retailer,  where she was an Interior Designer.  In 1994, Diana started Interior Design International, a design firm specializing in residential interior design.  Diana had always envisioned an opportunity to have her own store where she could utilize her creative talents to their fullest potential.  Diana’s talents are available to all FCG customers, and she can be scheduled for an in-home design consultation.

Jay Frucci:  A native of Hingham, Massachusetts, Jay attended Thayer Academy and went on to major in English and Communications at the University of Kentucky.  Jay had always envisioned himself as an entrepreneur and made the jump from the Software Industry where he worked for ADP, EMC and Borland Software Corporation to the world of small business owner.  Jay enjoys managing the operations side to the Furniture Consignment Gallery and has quickly become a student of fine furniture.  If you decide to sell your furniture through FCG, you will likely coordinate your furniture evaluation and pick-up process with Jay.

Our Staff: Includes several long time FCG employees who work on a noncommission basis to assist you in finding the right piece of furniture to complement your home.   FCG’s staff is knowledgeable  in many different types, styles and brands of furniture.  We see it all and our only allegiance is to our consignors so our only objective is to make our customers happy with their home and to help them enjoy their FCG experience.
