One thing that will always remain constant at FCG is great furniture and accessories that are not available in other furniture stores. Wish List: If you are you looking for a specific piece of furniture and are having trouble finding it, we have a Wish List. Just describe what you are looking for, and we will add your piece to our Wish List. When your dream piece arrives in our store, one of our noncommissioned sales associates will call you or send you an e-mail to alert you. We also have an ASID certified interior design team who are knowledgeable about where you might find your dream piece. We are here to serve you and look forward to you sharing in the unique FCG experience. The Game: Many of our customers like to play the mark-down game. Each 30-day period that a piece of merchandise sits on our floor, it decreases in price by 10% off of the original price. At it’s final mark-down, merchandise will have gone through three mark-downs to a total of 30% off the original sale price. But, only if the merchandise lasts that long. We have many customers who have learned the hard way that when you see that special piece, you have to buy it because if you hesitate you could lose out to another buyer. Sixty-five percent of our inventory does sell in the first month. Our Promise: We take great care to inspect, clean and repair merchandise prior to accepting it into our showroom. We make every effort to accept only the best quality pieces available to us and to make sure that merchandise is in good to mint condition. Our pricing: Pricing is always a decision made in partnership with our consignors, but condition, style, manufacturer reputation and original purchase price are all factors in the pricing equation. We are confident that you will find that our pricing formula will appeal to your bargain hunting senses. Our Inventory: We work hard to find, create and maintain a store filled with timeless high quality furniture. You’ll find furniture from many recognizable name brand manufacturers. Wonderful hand carved mahogany four-poster beds, dressers, and dining room sets. We have great variety including antiques from the 1800s, classic mahogany pieces that have been restored to their original condition and furniture that is newer but just wasn’t right for somebody else’s home. |
