Diana and I, who acquired FCG way back in 2005, are now celebrating our twentieth year in business. Not long ago, Hanover was our only store. We knew we had a special offering that deserved an opportunity to serve other communities. So, with one big, slow step at a time, we expanded into Natick, Plymouth, and most recently, Burlington.

We’ve grown through fun, laughter, anxiety, heartbreak, and perseverance. Consignment went from being our customers’ dirty little secret to mainstream. Now shopping consignment is a sign of a savvy shopper — someone who knows quality and the benefits of the circular economy.

Things have certainly changed over our two decades. We’ve been here for so long that our first customers are introducing their adult children to our business. We’ve helped families grow, and now we’re helping them downsize. Over that time, our own family raised three boys who went from newborns to college graduates. It’s been a wonderful ride that we enjoy as much today as the day we started.
